It’s about time for me to place my first ever bid on an apartment. I had a look at one on Friday and it’s a nice place. They are having another open house tomorrow and on Tuesday, and I’ll probably have another look and place the bid tomorrow.
That said, I really don’t have any high hopes that I’ll actually get it, because I think it’s the kind of apartment that will get a significant increase in the price as people start to place their bids. Even though the bank threw money at me like there was no tomorrow, I can only pay so much without drowning myself in debt.
