From Mr James Mugabe Tel:+27-83-5680527 Fax:+27-83-5686180 E-mail:jmogabe@breathe.com E-mail:jmogabe@ecplaza.net   Dear Sir/Madam,   I am James Mugabe the brother of Mr.Robert Mugabe the president of zimbabwe.I was the bchief adviser to the president till February 2003, before i escaped from my country and took refuge in South Africa.   I decided to escape because the security agents has labelled me an enemy of the Government due to my opposition to the land reform targeted at some citizen of the country. This same aggresive land reform has also been criticised by the opposition in the country and the world leader like Mr.Tony Blair the prime minister of England and George Bush the president of the United States of America.   When i was in the Government the president left($150,000,000.00)one hundred and fifty million dollars with me for safe keeping .These funds are under my control and now i want to transfer this money to your account for viable investment.   If you are capable of handling funds of this volume do contact me via the above number so that we can meet immediately.   Regards ,   Mr.James Mugabe.

So, some guy has $150,000,000 and wants to put it on my account for safe keeping, eh? May I borrow your phone, please? I’m sure it’s a toll-free number.

If you fall for this one, I would call you outright stupid.

Because I’m getting a little bit tired of SPAM, I installed POPFile. POPFile is an automatic mail classification tool. Once properly set up and trained, it will work in the background of your computer, scanning mail as it arrives and filing it however you wish. You can give it a simple job, like separating out junk e-mail, or a complicated one - like filing mail into a dozen folders. Think of it as a personal assistant for your inbox.
