Footwork

My run didn’t fuck up my left foot, which is really nice, because it means I can start jogging regularly again. Lately, work has started to bug me when I’m not even at work, I’ve had a bad conscience when I’ve not been working and I’ve been getting tired at six in the afternoon. All signs that I’m working way too much and that I’m unable to leave work behind when I leave the office.

Fortunately, just taking a quick jog helped a lot. It cleared my mind, I got tired, but it still woke me up and also brought back some of the creativity I’ve been lacking for the last month or so - the month I’ve been able to work out because of my accident. I recommend a healthy dose of exercise for everyone, it helps in all the strangest ways.

Today I bought a 160GB Seagate Barracuda HDD for my Xbox. I’d hoped that I would be able to attach the X3 chip without any soldering, but it looks like I can’t. It’s just incredible what you can learn by reading the manual. I’d thought that Ola might have a soldering iron, but he didn’t, and I’ve not been able to track down anyone with a soldering iron, soldering skills or both. Can you help me out?

Right now it’s 7.5 degrees Celsius outside. That’s not very low for November.
