Grumble

Yesterday I went to the movies and saw Innan Frosten, a Swedish movie based on a book. Not a potential Academy Award Winner, I guess, and really not that entertaing either. I saw the movie with someone who’s read the book, and it turned out they’d taken a lot of shortcuts, especially when they were close to the end. I guess that’s what you do when you’re running out of money and realizing that you have finish the movie in order to make it home to dinner.

Now I’m off to watch a couple of minutes of bonus material on The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, which arrived at the post office yesterday. Now I’ve got the Special Extended DVD Editions of all three movies, and I plan to see them all in one go - with intermissions, of course - some day. Want to join me?

Today’s lesson: You should not go running just minutes after you’ve finished eating a whole pizza from the Italian pizza place around the corner. It’s not good for your stomach.
