Not that hot

First things first; a message to the people who are using the RSS and Atom feeds to syndicate my site instead of really visiting it: I’ve got a new design online, please have a look before you return to your Lynx-friendly browsing. If you can’t see anything new, just the old red design, visit the re-opened themes section and select the new theme, Knife In Butter #2, or delete the theme-cookie using the link on that page.

Not much has changed since the last design, I played around with the menu bar and the colours and made the footer somewhat more interesting. I also hid the most hidden feature of this site even better. Can you find it? I’m pleased with this design, it actually looks good in all the browser I’ve tested it in. I’ve not been able to test the new design in Safari, since the excellent iCapture is currently busy. If you see anything strange, please let me know.

I came, I saw Fahrenheit 9/11, and I left.

It’s not a new Bowling for Columbine. Michael Moore goes to such lengths to make George W. Bush look like a fool, that it almost makes Moore look like a fool himself. I think I might have to see this movie a couple more times to get hang of it all. It’s rather messy, jumping a lot back and forth in time. Also, like Bowling For Columbine was heavily sponsored by Canadian authorities, Fahrenheit 9/11 is brought to you with Democrat funding. I wouldn’t rule out that the good Mr. Moore is also sometimes led by the sweet stench of capitalism.

That said, it’s a good movie, with a lot of good points, but you still have to think twice before you accept it as the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Even Cathrine agreed, and she really likes the US of A. A lot. From what I know, she’s still looking for a rich American with good hair and nice theeth. Send me a picture, your dental records and a bank statement and I’ll be sure to pass them on.
