Off I go

Today I got up at 8 to work. Right now I’m waiting to board SAS flight SK811 to London - to work there. This is the first weekend in quite some time that has been ruined by work, so I probably shouldn’t complain. But I still do, weekends are sacred. We should appreciate the spare time we have before we all die of the bird flu.

A lethal strain was confirmed in Romania today and an estimated 50 million people could die if the virus mutates, starts spreading from human to human and things get really out of hand.

I’m not trying to sound pessimistic or anything, but enjoy life while you can. That always applies, really, bird flu or not.
