Playing like a bitch

I’ve now, at least indirectly, got all the e-mails, messages and bits and pieces of information I was waiting for while writing entry #288: Crap, it’s time for this again… and entry #289: Riding the roller coaster.. What I heard wasn’t what I had hoped for, but rather what thought was the most likely thing I would hear. It seems that I’m getting rather good at getting people’s attention, but I still suck bad at keeping their attention over period of time. In this particular case, I felt I had a rather good hand of cards, and an OK deck laying around somewhere. But it might just have been the alcohol talking. Or I played may cards like a bitch.

Kudos to Matthew Good and the band.
